Nakamoto faces $60 million debt maturity after selling 600 Bitcoin

Bitcoin treasury company Nakamoto faces a balance-sheet test as 60 million USDT of debt matures in December. In June, the firm sold 600 BTC to reduce its credit facility to 165 million USDT. However, Nakamoto holds only $19.1 million in cash and 662 unencumbered BTC, totalling $57.8 million in free reserves. With 3,805 BTC locked as collateral on Kraken, the company remains highly vulnerable to market volatility before its December deadline.
