5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

6.2 User-Generated Content

By submitting content to the Platform (comments, predictions, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Platform.

6.3 Third-Party Content

News articles and market data displayed on the Platform are sourced from third parties. We do not claim ownership of such content and provide it for informational purposes only.

7. Rewards, Tokens, and Virtual Items

Important: NOMOX tokens and other virtual items on the Platform have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. They are provided for gamification and engagement purposes only.

You acknowledge that:

  • Virtual rewards are provided at our sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time
  • We reserve the right to forfeit rewards obtained through fraudulent or manipulative means
  • Rewards and tokens are non-transferable except through official Platform mechanisms
  • We are not liable for any loss of virtual items or rewards
