You can delete your Kryptokite account, and all the data linked to it, at any time. This applies to the Kryptokite app for Android and to kryptokite.com: they share one account.
In the Kryptokite app
Open Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. Type your username to confirm. Your account is deleted at once and you are signed out.
On the website
Sign in on kryptokite.com, open Settings and choose Delete account. Type your username to confirm.
Without the app or the website
Write to support@kryptokite.com from the email address on your account, or tell us your username and the wallet address you sign in with. We may ask you to prove you own the account (for example by signing a message with that wallet). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your account and everything linked to it: sign-in methods and sessions, wallets and linked accounts, Kites history, streak, badges, Altitude and leaderboard place, watchlist, price alerts, notifications, portfolio addresses, lesson and quest progress, quiz answers, submissions and devices.
What is kept
Database backups, when made, are overwritten within 30 days. Records of moderation decisions keep the decision but no longer point to you. Deleting your account cannot remove anything you published on a blockchain or on other sites. Details are in the privacy policy.
